Need contract pricing? Do you have ongoing supply needs or multiple shipping locations? Click here to complete our contract account form. Be sure to check the box requesting a business account and tell us a little more about your company. Once received, we’ll assign an Account Executive to find out more about your supply needs, and business goals.
Credit Application
For our on-going business accounts that require invoice billing, purchase order approvals, contract billing or multi-shipping destinations, you must complete an S. Freedman & Sons Credit Application.
To obtain a credit application, please click here. Please be sure to provide all information requested. Omitting requested information could delay the process and your order. For customers that are tax exempt or have a resale certificate, be sure to provide us with a copy of the exempt certificate or a signed copy of the resale certificate. Please email your credit application to Support@sfreedman.com and be sure to include your tax exempt certificate and/or resale certificate if either apply to your business.
