Carlisle® Sparta® White 27.75" Polyester Coil Brush (4015000)

The stiff polyester bristles of this brush are twisted in heavy duty 9 gauge galvanized wire and withstand temperatures to 125° F.  It's long enough to reach easily between fryer and refrigeration coils and has a width of 1.375". The block and bristles are both FDA compliant and the plastic handle has a convenient hole for hanging. Use to clean equipment after it has cooked down. BPA free.
