 The large and wide blade on this knife makes it great for tackling even the largest roasts and cuts of meat. The Duo-Edge blade has alternating hollows on each side to allow juices and air to flow in and lubricate the blade during a cut. The handle is part of the SOFGRIP® line, which fits comfortably in the hand to help reduce hand fatigue and wrist stress. Blades are manufactured from proprietary DEXSTEEL™ stain-free, high-carbon steel and are individually ground and honed.
