The durable co–polymer construction provides superior heat, chemical and warp resistance in high temperature commercial dishwashers. Features a molded-in ruler to help create uniform cuts of fruit and vegetables. The Co-Polymer blend is formulated to decrease knife dulling.High density with added toughness to prevent cut-grooving, marring & scarring.
