This 29.5 quart roast top pan easily and efficiently roasts meats, vegetables and more with a vertical depth of 4.9".  Made of heavy-gauge 3004-Series aluminum, this roast pan ensures even heating and features easy-to-clean beadless rims. Protective chrome-plated straps offer additional reinforcement, and loop handles offer a comfortable grip and easy transportation. This top pan can be used on its own for open roasting or can be paired with the Vollrath® Wear-Ever® roast bottom pan (Vollrath® item number 68362) to create a double roaster. NSF-certifed. Made in the USA.
